Grades 8-10, are you interested in studying Modern dance next year? The ASA Dance Department will hold a Contemporary Core Evaluation class on Monday, January 27, 2020. The evaluation class will be in the North B201 dance studio from 4:30-5:30 pm. Please wear a leotard and black footless tights and bring ankle socks with you to the evaluation.

Description: Poetry Out Loud is a National Poetry Recitation competition. ASA’s 9-12th grade students will compete for accuracy, emotiveness, and poise when reciting choice poems by professional poets from around the world. Guest Judges will score competing students, and the first-place winner of the school competition will represent ASA at the regional level.

Grades 9-12: High school girls! You are invited to participate in the Body Project, a two-day workshop that promotes body positivity and acceptance. The workshops will be held at ASA, on Thursday, February 6th and Thursday, February 13th at 4:30pm.
