In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) 34 CFR § 300.624 and applicable state regulations, Arizona School for the Arts hereby notifies students and parents/guardians of students who receive special education services that, upon the expiration of four years after the fiscal year of a student’s final enrollment, the school intends to destroy special education records.
Parents/guardians or eligible former students (18 years of age or older) may request copies of these records prior to destruction.
