Students will explore the beginning levels of Hula and Ukulele. This includes ʻoli (Hawaiian chant), use of Hawaiian instruments, tab readings, and hōʻike (recital). Tuition includes a ukulele and a hula skirt!

Students enrolled in this Club will be coached to develop their critical thinking and as a result improve their performance in all areas at school and life. Club meetings will include a 25-minute lecture followed by competitive play. Our coach, Chess Master Liulia Cardona has a long experience coaching competitive chess with amazing individual and team results at state, national, and international levels. Many of their students have been National and State Champions competing in the United States Chess Federation and other foreign federations. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in chess tournaments and discover a whole new world of smart minds from what they can benefit for life. All grades and levels!
