Annual Fund

WHY YOUR ANNUAL FUND GIFTS MATTER

At ASA, state funding covers only 50% of your child’s performing arts education, leaving a $1 million annual shortfall that we bridge through parent giving. Your gift drives:

  • Performance Essentials: Venue rentals, costumes, sets, and instrument maintenance keep our productions running at the professional level families expect.

  • Specialized Instruction & Technology: From lighting and sound equipment to software, your dollars ensure students learn on the tools they’ll use in college and careers.

  • Guest Artists & Masterclasses: Artist-in-residence programs and master teachers bring real-world expertise directly into our classrooms and studios, sparking inspiration and deepening skill development.

  • Licensing & Rights: Music, choreography, and script licenses allow us to present a diverse, high-quality repertoire each season, without cost barriers.

  • Field Trips & Festivals: Off-campus experiences—from adjudicated competitions to museum visits—broaden horizons and build confidence beyond the classroom.

Choose your Annual Fund Gift option: 

Spread your gift over the school year to make giving simple and steady. For example, a $2,000 Annual Fund gift can be divided into ten monthly gifts of $200—say, from September 2025 through May 2026.

WHY YOUR TAX CREDIT GIFT MATTERS

Maximize Your Arizona Tax Credit. Give up to $400 (joint filers) or $200 (individuals) and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on your state return, while enriching ASA’s extracurricular programs.

Tax Credit gifts 

  • Underwrite student clubs, extracurricular activities, and college and career readiness classes.

  • Keep activity fees low to ensure that all students can participate fully.


Choose your Tax Credit Gift option:

Spread your gift over the school year to make giving simple and steady. For example, a $400 Tax Credit gift can be divided into eight (8) monthly gifts of $40—say, from September 1, 2025 through April 1, 2026. Remember, gifts must be posted by April 15 to qualify

Arizona School for the Arts produces more than 100+ annual performances essential to our students’ artistic growthAlign your brand with excellence in arts education. Sponsorship benefits include:

The 2025-26 Department Series highlights student growth across Band, Choir, Dance, Guitar, Piano, Strings, and Theatre, highlighting their dedication and artistic development. These performances produced by each department celebrate creativity, discipline, and self-expression.

This sponsorship will be for the upcoming Showcase 2026 (May 27 & 28, 2026) at the Orpheum Theatre in Phoenix.
