The annual Freshman Field day has been scheduled for Monday 4/20, after testing. This is an annual event the mentors host to celebrate the 9th graders and say farewell to them as the year closes. All 9th graders will be attending the field trip on that day from 7:45 am to 3:20 pm. The 9th grade team will coordinate to take their attendance. At the first bell on 4/20, 9th graders should report to their homerooms. Freshmen with 9th hours should attend as normal unless they are signed out.

Mentors will be given the option to..
1) miss field day entirely to stay in academics,
2) attend the morning portion and then go to arts 
3) stay for the entire Field Day

Mentors who are not in good academic standing will be required to stay in class. I will send an updated list of students once I have this information from them. If you know you have a mentor in your class and they should choose to be present on 4/20, please speak with them ahead of time.
