****STAFF PARKING LOT – Trunk-or-Treat****
Please plan to move your car OUT of the Staff Lot by 4:45pm. This is where we’ll have guest families hosting a Trunk-or-Treat for our students and other little ones within the ASA Family Community.
!!!Credit and Kudos!!!
Haywood/StuGov and Bellian/VisArts have all been working their TAILS off to coordinate this ASA Community Festival of Fun. When you see them, please acknowledge their effort. And if you’ve got the capacity – offer your help!
Festival Activities (So much Club Involvement!)
I want to SHOUT OUT the efforts made to expand this year’s event and include so many clubs with a range of Festival activities. If you hadn’t planned to attend, but your schedule permits, I encourage you to stick around – even if only for the first 30 minutes to experience the range of student creativity!
Special Acknowledgement to our Guitar Department
Full Transparency – it is unclear how this conflict of events happened and the timing of our/my recognition/understanding came too late to feasibly swerve. The disappointment students and staff alike is not lost on me, nor my fellow administrators. And the responsibility lands with me – I’m sincerely sorry to all who’ve felt impacted and bummed out. Moving forward… I promise – an overlap this will not happen again under my watch. Here’s wishing all our Upper School Guitar students a phenomenal concert full of rhythm, excitement and pride!
OK- that’s it for now!
*PS*I googled if NTK was an actual acronym that folks use. It is – and accurate for Need To Know! However – I do want to acknowledge it is context specific. So if any of you were confused at first thinking that I was referencing either of the following… my sincere apologies. I was not.
