ANNUAL ASA DISNEYLAND TRIP

 January 17 – 19, 2020

• Each form must be submitted with printed proof of online payment. Incomplete forms, missing medical/notary information, forms without the printed proof of payment will not be accepted.
• Forms may be submitted on 10/25, 11/8, 11/22 from 12:40pm – 1pm in the bandshell.
• Forms may not be dropped off in the office at any time

The Annual Disneyland Trip is open to all currently enrolled 7th – 12th grade students for the 2019/2020 academic school year.

Due to the extracurricular nature of this trip, families must pay in full prior to travel.

There are no scholarships or financial aid opportunities as this is an optional trip for all students.

The trip is chaperoned by ASA faculty and staff only; however, families can travel to the park on the same weekend if they would like to monitor their child from within the park. ASA is not able to provide assistance with group tickets for families that wish to travel in conjunction with the school.

Please Note: Faculty chaperones are in the park for designated check-in times and emergencies, but they are not assigned to any particular group of students while in the park.

The Disneyland email address (disney@goasa.org) is being monitored at this time and families should direct their questions there.

The Trip Will Include:

• Round trip luxury bus transportation on 54-passenger coaches

• A one night stay at an Embassy Suites, 6 students per room

• Pizza dinner, at the hotel

• An all you can eat American breakfast buffet, at the hotel

• One-Day admission to Disneyland Theme Park
