Drop off and Pick up: ASA Courtyard Parking: Behind the Performance Space with overflow in the ASA Parking Lots.

Because of limited seating in the venue, the concert will be organized into two halves with a ten-minute intermission in between.

1) Band Foundations/Concert Band -Intermission-

2) Symphonic Winds/Chamber Winds

The schedule for each ensemble are as follows:

Band Foundations – Concert Band

Call Time – 6:30pm

Performance – 7pm

Release Time – 7:30pm

Symphonic Winds – Chamber Winds

Call Time – 7pm

Performance – 7:40pm

Release Time – 8:30pm
