LET THE ARTS PLAY ON AT ASA!

Let the Arts Play On Annual Fund is Arizona School for the Arts’ commitment to sustaining the performing arts programs that power our students’ academic excellence.

At ASA, music, theatre, and dance are not extras—they are essential partners in learning, strengthening collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking across every classroom.

Your support ensures that ASA’s artist-scholars have the instruments, materials, mentorship, and performance opportunities they need to thrive—so the arts continue to inspire, challenge, and elevate academic learning every day.

*** Annual Giving Goal: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026  $1 Million for Arts {Annual Fund} and Extracurricular Programs {Tax Credit} ***

ANNUAL FUND GIFTS: Support ASA Performing Arts

MAKE MY LET THE ARTS PLAY ON ANNUAL FUND GIFT

  • Your Annual Fund donation is vital to supporting the performing arts education for every ASA student! Each student attends two daily arts classes, such as band, choir, dance, guitar, piano, strings, or theatre.
  • Unfortunately, limited state funding covers only one arts class per student and academic courses. This leaves a significant funding gap of about $1 million each year
  • A successful Annual Fund means we can provide essential learning materials, equipment, supplies, and exciting performance opportunities, as well as masterclasses, for our students to explore their creativity through music, theatre, and dance.
  • ASA’s Federal Tax ID #: Tax ID 86-0792809

TAX CREDIT GIFTS: Support ASA Extracurricular Activities

MAKE MY TAX CREDIT GIFT

  • Tax credit gifts specifically support ASA’s extracurricular and co-curricular programs, including clubs, activities, and character-building classes.
  • These enrichment opportunities are only possible thanks to tax credit donations and club fees!
  • You can donate up to $200 (for single filers) and $400 (for married/joint filers) and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your State of Arizona tax return.
  • Use AZ Form 322. The Arizona Department of Revenue now requires taxpayers to report the school’s 9-digit CTDS (County code, Type code, and District code & site code) number on Form 322.
  • ASA’s CTDS Code is 07-87-22-001.
  • ASA’s performing arts program is not eligible for tax credit support because it is part of ASA’s core program.
