ASA students and families! Throughout February, March, and April, Black Student Union will be hosting a speaker series entitled Healing History: Reconceptualizing Race. Through these events we will expand our celebration of Black History beyond February. Our first event will be February 19th at 6pm with News Anchor Yetta Gibson, who will discuss race in the media. This event will be one hour long consisting of a 30-35 minute presentation followed by a 10-20 minute discussion. The zoom link will be posted closer to the event. We look forward to seeing you there! Keep your eye out for announcements regarding the speaker events in March and April!
