Club Proposal Form

6th Graders – New Clubs

Don’t see a club that interests you? Don’t worry, you can start your own! Contact teacher for the 6th Grade Club Proposal Form. If your proposed club is approved, it will be scheduled on the 5th-6th Grade Clubs Calendar. All club leaders must contact their faculty advisors before doing anything (no posters, etc.).

*Both 5th-6th Graders can participate in clubs, but only 6th graders can propose new clubs.

7th-12th Graders – New Clubs

Don’t see a club that interests you? Don’t worry, you can start your own! Follow this process and start your own club at ASA.

  1. Find a faculty member who is able to advise your club during every meeting/event and can offer a space during lunch to host it.
  2. Complete a 7th-12th Grade Club Proposal Form; the Vice Principal will review it for approval.
  3. If approved, work with your faculty advisor to complete Activity, Event, and Calendar Forms when planning your first meeting, advertisements, and future events or fundraising (all advertising and fundraising will be reviewed for approval by the Vice Principal).
  4. Have fun leading your new club!

Pre-Approved Clubs

Are you interested in joining a previously-approved club? Please see the 5th-6th Grade Clubs Calendar or the 7th-12th Grade Club Information for more details and contact the faculty advisor with any questions.
