SUMMARY:Fall Festival
DESCRIPTION:Timeline and Set-up:3:30-4:30pm – Staff and Student Club members completing final preparation such as costume make-up\, organizing event tickets and snack bar items\, prepping necessary A/V. \n4:30-5:30pm – Food Truck will arrive and prepare. Staff and Student Club members will be actively setting up the festival in the courtyard\, amphitheater\, etc.  Families hosting Trunk-or-Treat arrive and being set-up in the Staff Parking lot.  “Staff Lot\, you say? Does that impact me\, Melia?” It sure does! See next point! 5:30pm – Festival BEGINS!7:30pm- Festival CLOSES (and clean-up/tear-down promptly begins!) \n****STAFF PARKING LOT – Trunk-or-Treat****Please plan to move your car OUT of the Staff Lot by 4:45pm.  This is where we’ll have guest families hosting a Trunk-or-Treat for our students and other little ones within the ASA Family Community. \n!!!Credit and Kudos!!!Haywood/StuGov and Bellian/VisArts have all been working their TAILS off to coordinate this ASA Community Festival of Fun. When you see them\, please acknowledge their effort. And if you’ve got the capacity – offer your help! Festival Activities (So much Club Involvement!)I want to SHOUT OUT the efforts made to expand this year’s event and include so many clubs with a range of Festival activities. The disappointment students and staff alike is not lost on me\, nor my fellow administrators.
