DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 12/18 – is an EARLY RELEASE at 11:25 am.  All students need to be off campus by 11:45 am. Students who have not been picked up by that time will be sent to the library. Campus closes at noon. \nPlease follow these pick up locations: \nHigh school students– pick up at the Phoenix Center for the Arts parking lot off 3rd Street. Teachers will escort high school students to that lot. \n7th and 8th grade students – pick up at the staff parking lot of the Burton Barr Library.  The entrance is on Culver St.\, south of Willetta\, directly adjacent to Hance Park.  Teachers will escort 7th and 8th graders to that lot. \n5th and 6th grade students and carpools – pick up on campus as usual. \nThank you to all families for using our thumbs up/ thumbs down system.  As a reminder: \nThumbs up = ready to leave / Thumbs down= don’t make me leave yet!

Movie Day will be on Friday\, December 20 at Harkins Christown 14.  5/6 Grade students will be watching Frozen II and 7-12th grade students will be watching Star Wars IX: The Rise of Skywalker.  Drop off will begin at 8:00am and students must be picked up at 11:20am.   \nImportant reminders: \n\nTickets must be pre-purchased for all students attending by Wednesday\, December 18th at 11:59pm.\nThe price to attend will be $11 and is payable only through the ASA SchoolPay page by the above deadline. \nThe profits of Movie Day support ASA’s Student Advisory Council and the work they do to better the student experience on and off campus.\nPayments will not be accepted at the theater and students who have not purchased their ticket through SchoolPay cannot attend. \nAll students who have purchased their ticket through SchoolPay must pick up a wristband at the Blue Wall at lunch on Thursday\, December 19th. The wristband is their ticket.\nStudents absent on Thursday will check in with Mr. Lewkowitz at the theater to receive their wristband.\n\nThank you for supporting ASA students and for a great first semester!
